By providing your mobile phone number to BlueBird Home Care, you consent to receive periodic SMS or MMS messages from us. These messages may include important updates, appointment reminders, and other communications related to our services. BlueBird Home Care does not share, sell, or disclose your phone number to any third party.

Providing Your Telephone Number and Notification Obligations

You affirm that the mobile number you have provided is accurate and current. You confirm that you are the authorized subscriber or owner of any telephone number you provide. If your contact information changes, including changes to your telephone number, you must notify us immediately by emailing info@bluebirdhca.com before the change takes effect.

Consent to Receive Automated Communications

By voluntarily providing your telephone number(s), you explicitly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from BlueBird Home Care regarding appointment reminders, important updates, and relevant service notifications. These messages may be sent via an automated system, and consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS/MMS messages at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any message received from us.
  • Sending an email to info@bluebirdhca.com with your request to opt out.

Once you opt out, you will receive a final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed from our messaging program. No further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.

Privacy Assurance

Your personal information, including your phone number, is strictly confidential and will never be shared, sold, or distributed to third parties. We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and using your information only for purposes directly related to the services you request from us.

Carrier Participation

Participating carriers in the United States include AT&T, T-Mobile®, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular®, MetroPCS®, InterOp, Cellcom, C Spire Wireless, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and others. Not all carriers may support our SMS/MMS service. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Data Collection and Use

We may collect certain SMS-related data, including your mobile phone number, carrier name, and date/time/content of messages, to facilitate messaging services. This information is solely used to provide and improve our messaging service and is not shared with any third party.

Service Modifications and Termination

By subscribing to or using this service, you acknowledge that BlueBird Home Care reserves the right to modify or discontinue the SMS/MMS service at any time without prior notice.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BlueBird Home Care harmless against any claims or liabilities arising from:

  • Your provision of a phone number that you do not own or control.
  • Your failure to update your contact information.
  • Any alleged violations of TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) or related state laws.

You agree to defend and indemnify us from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) related to these issues.

Participation Requirements

By opting into this service, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old.
  • Own a wireless device with two-way messaging capabilities.
  • Have an active text messaging service with a participating wireless carrier.

Availability of service may vary based on your mobile carrier.

Miscellaneous

You affirm that you possess all rights, powers, and authority to agree to these terms and that agreeing does not conflict with any obligations you have elsewhere. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the terms will remain in effect.
